Arctic Char

This evening, we went over to my mother-in-law’s for dinner and we cooked some Arctic Char which we got fresh from the fish market.

It’s salmon-like in colour and flakes beautifully. We seasoned it with some garlic and herbs and while it was very simple, was truly a delightful fish. We served it up with some brown rice and some steamed asparagus.

I bring it up because I’ve never seen Arctic Char on a menu anywhere an would be interested to try it, especially if there was anywhere here in Tampa Bay that anyone knew of?
