		<description>Yes, it&#039;s a much less fishier fish than salmon. I&#039;ve not heard of these two restaurants though. I&#039;ll have to do a search and find them and try them out. Sounds like they specialise in good seafood, which I&#039;m all for. Thanks for the tip!</description>

		<description>I agree arctic char is a great fish! It&#039;s really similar looking to salmon but I prefer the light delicate taste of char to salmon which can have a really strong flavor.  I have seen arctic char on the menu at Ocean Prime and Oceanaire in Tampa Bay.</description>
